Welcome to the Seton Portage Motel
Surrounded by pristine lakes, mountains and first nations heritage, the Seton Portage Motel has been catering to guests since 1959.

Merely a three-minute walk from the train station and next to restaurant and pub amenities, our 11 clean cabins and kitchenette units are fully furnished with Wireless Internet, Satellite TV, refrigerators, and bathrooms. A coin-op laundry and showers are also on site.

Our Spectacular Wilderness Location
Seton Portage is located in the lee of the BC Coast range about 25 km west of the town of Lillooet. An isthmus created 10,000 years ago by a great landslide cut the once long body of water (45 km) into Anderson and Seton Lakes. Deep and mysterious, they are prolific with aquatic life and are great for recreation.

Seton’s Climate
Some describe the local climate as Mediterranean - orchards and gardens flourish in summer with grapes, cherries, peaches, watermelons and cantaloupe.

Winters see little snow in the valley as the lakes have a warming affect for the area and very rarely freeze.
